Having the right candidate is absolutely essential and every individual that joins goes through an intensive check before entering any establishment. We have a strict set criteria for candidates joining our agency.

Identity
Qualification verification
Reference checks (2 years)
List 99
Criminal Records (CRB or International equivalent)
Right to work in the UK
We interview candidates face-to-face. During the interview each candidate will present the following:
Teaching/Childcare qualification
Teacher registration number/GTCE letter
Passport or photo ID
Visa Details (if applicable)
Two proofs of current address
An original Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB
International Police Check (if applicable)
